This intake page is built and operated for Silver Oak Enterprise LLC by Middlesex Connect, a marketing services provider acting solely on Silver Oak Enterprise's instructions under a written services agreement. Middlesex Connect processes submissions to deliver them to Silver Oak Enterprise and does not use your information for its own marketing, does not sell it, and does not share it with its other clients.
We share personal information only with: (a) service providers acting on our instructions under contract — website hosting, cloud file storage, email delivery, SMS delivery, CRM/practice management, and e-signature vendors; (b) professional advisors and auditors where necessary; (c) authorities or parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety; and (d) a successor in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy. Inquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records under an engagement follow our records-retention schedule and applicable professional and tax rules, generally 7 years. Uploaded documents from non-clients are deleted within 90 days unless an engagement begins.
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for stored uploads, access controls limited to personnel who need the information, multi-factor authentication on administrative systems, and a written information security program consistent with recognized industry information security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
